JV Concession Stand Schedule & Sign up Form

Concession Stand Responsibilities:

• There should be at least 2 people signed up for the concession stand for each game
• Arrive at 3:30pm to open (For Varsity Lisa Rodes will be there at 3:30 so if you can't make it exactly at 3:30 don't worry.  However, please be there as early as possible between 3:30 and 4:00)
• Make a pot of coffee and a pot of hot water for hot chocolate
• Start the grill for hot dogs and burgers (there is a warmer for pre-prepped stuff)
• There is a dry erase board on the fridge for our "grocery list".  If you notice something is low, please add it to list for shopping
• Clean up and unplug everything before leaving
• Count the money in the Money box and place the profit in an envelope in the money box
• Give the Money box to the Varsity or JV Rep
• If younger siblings are going to help work, make sure they count change appropriately
• Umpires are free

Snacks:

• The girls eat the snacks on the bus on the way to away games.  Please send the snacks to school with your daughter so they will be available for the bus ride.
